The apartment has been recently renovated, adding a contemporary touch while retaining its unique character. It is a really beautiful, cosy space. The kitchen is fully equipped and completely independent. The living/dining room has a lounge area around the fireplace with a sofa and armchairs and a dining area with a large table. The two bedrooms at the rear of the apartment are beautifully decorated and extremely quiet, so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep! Each bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with sink and shower. The independent toilet is located in the corridor. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional people (120 cm wide good quality mattress)

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Il est situé dans le centre historique à quelques pas des quais, du tram, du marché St Michel, des commerces et des monuments de bordeaux. Très silencieux. Lire les conditions de réservation. Les arrivées se font avant 20h00. Pour une arrivée entre 20h00 et 23h00 (sous réserve de disponibilité) il y aura un supplément de 20€ à régler sur place. Nous ne pouvons pas garantir des arrivée après 23h00.

A 3 min à pied du parking Victor Hugo et du parking Pey Berland. Appartement très calme, rénové, sur cour intérieure avec ascenseur. Tout équipé. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).
