The San Marcos River Haus is the perfect family getaway. Enjoy a private, gated retreat on 2 acres, the River Haus is the perfect blend of luxury living and rustic charm. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family to be together or get quiet time if needed. Quiet times from 10:00 pm-10:00 am please. We would love for you to visit and have a wonderful time but no hooting and hollering outside after 10:00 pm. We respect our neighbors rights to get good rest.

On the property is a dock with a sunning deck, stairs leading into the water, and a floating dock to enjoy. There is campfire ring with lawn chairs and large mature trees. The river makes this a tranquil getaway with almost no boat traffic or current.
