This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

The cabin is uniquely placed alongside a private gravel lane just a short drive from Salt Fork State Park and sits on a little over 2.5 acres. Listen to the creek below and the song birds as you sit on the huge wrap around deck or front porch. Wooly Bear Retreat offers peace, seclusion, and a very high quality, upscale experience. This cabin was just built and is now ready for guests.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place about a 2 minute drive to the Marina Plenty of parking for several trucks and trailers! Whether your a hunter, fisherman or just a family looking to spend quality time together, the bonefish cabin is for you. The home boasts a 4 person hot tub, outdoor patio with a firepit, free wifi, two TV's, large yard , full kitchen & only a mile from the Marina. There are several kayaks available to use for free.

Songbird Shack

Awaken to the sounds of nature's symphony, in this quaint little cabin. Bunk beds and a small table are within the cabin. A small fire ring is located in front, along with a chair on the porch. Multiple walking/hiking trails are located on the mostly wooded property. A shared, self-contained toilet is located in a nearby deer blind. *There is another cabin listed as Songbird Shanty. ** We now have electric along with a box fan and floor lamp. Guests must supply their own water.

Rosedale Timber Lodge is the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the hills of Guernsey County, with no neighbors in sight, you can truly kick back and enjoy nature. Completely restored recently, this lodge is beautifull inside and out with timber framing, a custom kitchen, stone fireplace, fishing pond, volleyball court, wiffleball diamond, and game room in the basement. We also offer 3 full RV hookups! After your stay, you will leave here more relaxed and refreshed than ever!

This unique, mid-century modern style, one bedroom loft is located at Georgetown Vineyards & Tavern, Cambridge, Ohio. Queen bed, full bath, kitchen, and living room. Featuring our restaurant just below with a full food & drink menu and a large patio & deck! Loft guests also have exclusive access to their own private patio area. We are located just 2 miles from the I-70/I-77 Interchange. Loft has its own thermostat. There is a futon in the living room.

Valley View Cabin -Salt Fork State Park FIBER WIFI

Valley View Cabin borders Salt Fork State Park on a country gravel park road and is just below Rocky Fork Ranch. Salt Fork lake is a short drive back down the dirt road. Sit and enjoy the birds and deer from the screened in front porch and enjoy no neighbors in view. Clean is our thing! Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
