Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. Morningside Homestead is a country escape in the Yamba hinterland. Positioned on an elevated 5 acres, it provides expansive and varied views of the Clarence River. The homestead is circa 1900s and is unique in its design, unique in the position and elegant in presentation. An oasis right on the bend of the Clarence which can be accessed via your own private jetty. The premium location is a peaceful sanctuary - only 20 mins drive from the beaches at Yamba and 5 mins to Maclean by boat.

Your suite is located at the rear of our home in a quiet semi-rural area - less than 5 minutes from supermarkets, food outlets, and coffee shops. We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. Discounted longer stays. A bbq is available on the deck. We have a small dog and a cat. The room has a private entrance. Undercover parking and washing machine on request

Stargazer dome by the beach

A jewel in the rain forest by the beach to wind down and relax! Fully self contained geodesic dome. Complete with outdoor bath and shower situated in rain forest just out of Iluka. Minutes from multiple pristine beaches. A private space with insect screened outdoor recreation area complete with kitchenette; small gas oven, cook top, fridge, sink and bench space. Your private bathroom 10 meters from the dome. Cosy fireplace, lovely views from the bay window and a skylight in the ceiling.

Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

Lazy Acres

You will love our Very private Modern 2 bedroom fully self contained Bungalow set on rural acres surrounded by spacious lawn, shade trees & sugar cane on Palmers Island. Only 10 mins drive to beautiful Yamba, famous for its stunning Surf Beaches & Coastal Walks just 2 mins to the mighty Clarence River & 5 mins to Coles for shopping. We are only 5 mins drive from the Pacific Highway if your looking for a couple of nights stop with the comforts of home while travelling North or South.

Cubbyhouse is the closest accommodation to Frazers Reef beach, just on the outskirts of Iluka bordering a lush nature reserve. Wake up to bird songs in the garden right outside your door. Sit in the garden & dine under the festoons. Wander the beach & national parks then cosy up to the indoor fire place or garden fire pit in the evening. There's a grocery store in town & a great op shop. The ferry can take you across the river to Yamba. Poochs welcome for an extra fee.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. '' when you walk downstairs it feels like something fun going to happen '' thanks Oli , it can't be said better !. It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....
