A beautiful, self-contained studio unit underneath Sailfish Cottage, the 80 year old restored ex-principal's residence from the local area is relaxing, private and peaceful, yet close to everything Tin Can Bay offers. Explore this beautiful area which offers wild, humpback dolphin feeding everyday at Nelson Point, lovely parks and walks, plenty of fishing and Rainbow Beach is only a 25 min drive away and Fraser Island is just a short ferry trip from Inskip Point.

Mary River farm cottage

The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen, with a gas BBQ on verandah. Its suitable for a small family. It has Air-con. The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with bird, rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.

Laurelea is my haven of peace and serenity in a secluded but central spot of the Cooloola Coast, that is Gympie. I've spent years here, working, relaxing, it's my home away from home - and like me and every guest who has stayed before, you'll never want to leave. Relax on the comfortable lounge or the daybed on the timber deck overlooking the fire pit area. We are 5 minutes away from Gympie and the Showgrounds.

Take a break and unwind at this beautiful bush setting. Relax with a glass of wine at the dam, feed the chickens or take a walk. You can also hide away in the cottage with air con, tv with wifi and block-out curtains. If you need a short quiet break away, Curra Cottage is just for you.
