There's a Queen bed, cot, kitchenette with frig, Keurig, microwave and air fryer. There's a TV and fast internet. Sit on the private patio outside & enjoy the peacefulness of Ivins.

We have 2 wall AC units that put off a hum when running. 1 in the kitchen. 1 in the bedroom. *Pools are closed Dec 1-Feb 13th. The hot tub at the main pool will remain open.*

Quail Creek and Sand Hallow Reservoir are 20 minutes away. Plenty for the outdoor enthusiast to enjoy.
