Visit our beautiful house 10 min. from the city centre of Haarlem & 10 min. away from Zandvoort beach. Our house is situated in a friendly neighborhood so perfect for a family! We have a nice sunny garden where you can play and relax. Amsterdam is 15 min away by train and 20 min by car, also the Keukenhof ( flower garden ) is nearby!! Holiday paradise on the waterfront

Lovely family home, fully equipped and close to Haarlem, the beach and Amsterdam. The house is located on the water and has a special view of the small pleasure harbor and the Spaarne river and the meadows behind it. There is a swimming jetty in front of the door and there are various nature reserves, swimming spots, boat rental and catering establishments nearby. This is a holiday paradise in the picturesque Spaarndam, a village with a lot of history, including the oldest lock in Europe.

This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. By bike 5+ mins to trainstation, by train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. Note: we have a free parking solution, please ask for more details. It makes us very happy to host guests in our colourful, sunny home with a luscious green garden. We put a lot of TLC into our home, so it is a tranquil place with good vibes. We are sure you'll have a calm and pleasant stay here. Only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Haarlem, this lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by locals, not tourists. It is an also a perfect base for exploring nearby Amsterdam or the beach, with good access to public transport.

Heel fijn authentiek gezinshuis in Haarlem. Gelegen op een locatie omringd met natuur, dicht bij de stad en het strand. Op loopafstand van het bos en de duinen. Ideaal voor 5 personen met een tuintje om te genieten van de zon. Supermarkt op 200m afstand. Wel belangrijk om te weten dat je, om naar de bovenste verdieping te gaan, je door een slaapkamer heen moet. dus als je s nachts naar de badkamer moet, loop je door de slaapkamer van de anderen.

Dubbel toilet, 3 slaapkamers met 1x 2persoonsbed en 2x baby/peuter bedjes. Ook mogelijk om 2 matrassen in 1 van de babykamers op de grond te leggen om met 4 volwassenen te slapen Ideale woning vanuit de natuur fiets je zo de stad in.

You are welcome in my sunny and comfortable home You can use the appartment on de ground floor with garden en kitchen and also the guestroom, private bathroom and toilet on the first floor.. The living space feels like a private place but at the same time it is a part of the shared accomodation. Entrance is shared.

This house is located near the city center of Haarlem. You can drive to the North Sea beaches in 15 minutes by car, or 30 minutes by bike. The house has 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bath. After a day of exploring the area you can sit and relax in our comfortable garden. Parking is free in the streets.
