Pakuranga Studio By The Park

We are located in East Auckland, 20 km from Auckland's CBD and 21 km from Auckland Airport. Our studio flat is at the rear of our house in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to Lloyd Elsmore Park. We offer a monthly discount (see below). The flat was recently renovated and refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, washer-dryer, queen-size bed, heat pump and home ventilation system. It is warm, dry and bright, with windows on 3 sides. There is a 50” TV and unlimited wifi.

This self-contained unit with a private sun-drenched deck is attached to the family home and has been architecturally designed with light and space in mind. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.

We would like to welcome you to our little slice of heaven. We are situated on a 4 aces block in beautiful Whitford east Auckland, with lovely native bush surrounding the property. We have a small flock of the cutest sheep in the world. The apartment is fully self contained with own private entrance and kitchen. 30 mins from the CBD and 30 mins from Auckland international airport. To avoid disappointments please don’t request the farm for functions.
