The larger of two lovely rooms with very comfortable queen bed in family home. Sofa bed also available in room for small extra fee. T.V. is Netflix capable, unlimited Wi/fi. Own bathroom (not en-suite), will be shared if 2nd room is occupied. Separate lounge. Guests enjoy access to both indoor and outdoor (bbq) cooking facilities, lovely deck and back garden.

This is a 2 storey house,and my apartment is upstairs,but not over the bedrooms or lounge of the guests. You have a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The house is full of NZ native rimu floors and surrounds,as you can see in the photos. Seperate lounge for guests with a lovely gas fireplace in the winter and a large screen TV with netflix.We are 5 minute walk from the centre of Cambridge downtown,12 mins to airport and one and a half hours of Auckland city, and an hour from Rotorua.
