This rental is a private apartment on the lower half of a large home with it's own entrance. Guests share only the 5 park like acres of river front outdoors. There are also 2 year round streams. The suite is spacious with river and garden views. There is one large bedroom with king bed and queen murphy bed. The living room has a queen futon that folds out into a bed . This apartment is ideal for two persons or a family . Guests enjoy bird watching , fishing., swimming, and hiking. .

Relax on the screened in porch with bar stools & counter overlooking Merrill Creek & be soothed by sounds of a breeze in trees, water flowing & birds singing. Cottage is hypoallergenic. I use Free & Clear laundry soap. No pets. Advice: Bring groceries
