The Hidden Haven at Derry Duff: A Romantic Retreat

Escape to The Hidden Haven at Derry Duff; a unique, stylish, luxury farm-stay lodge, in a secluded corner of our organic West Cork hill farm, just 20 minutes from Bantry and Glengarriff. We designed this boutique, eco retreat to welcome guests to enjoy panoramic mountain views, the wild landscape, a lakeside hot tub, peace, calm and our organic produce. The Hidden Haven offers a romantic farm-stay experience with the space to reconnect, unwind, and rest surrounded by the quiet rhythm of nature.

The Old Church Hall, Ballydehob.

A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

An exceptionally private waterfront property with over 1/4 mile sea frontage, private slipway and strand set in 24 acres of beautiful unspoilt land, with wildflower meadows and stunning views across Baltimore harbour and Roaringwater Bay. This was the place we dreamed of and thought we would never find, a home by the sea with space to roam, amazing views on a stunning, causeway linked, island. The house is tranquil and secluded, yet within 10 minutes of Baltimore and 15 minutes of Skibbereen.

Baltimore Home on Wild Atlantic Way (WiFi & Sky)

A 4-bedroom holiday home, on 28-acre site overlooking Church Strand Bay-sleeps 8 people (4 adults and 4 children). 3 mins walk to Baltimore Village, and adj to leading restaurants . House has beautiful views of Church Strand Bay from many rooms. The house has been refurbished throughout to very high standards with underfloor-heating and new kitchen appliances. Includes Hi-speed WiFi Cable TV (Sky Sports/Movies) and access to private tennis courts & large site which sweeps down to the sea.

Lake View House, Lough Hyne, Wild Atlantic Way

This spacious, bright, modern home has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. It is situated adjacent to Lough Hyne Marine Nature Reserve (less than 1km to the lake) which is one of the most beautiful locations in West Cork. The house and terrace afford stunning views over Lough Nacartan and Knockomogh Hill. The market town of Skibbereen is a short drive (5km) and offers wonderful restaurants, unique shops & cafes and historical walking trails. High speed Wifi (180 Mbps) ✅

The Little House, The Cove, Baltimore

One of the oldest houses in the village, this picture perfect cottage provides an ideal base to relax or explore all that the area has to offer. There is a choice of small beaches a stones throw away and spectacular views of the ever changing Atlantic ocean from Baltimore’s famous Beacon only a short walk away. The other direction brings you to the square where there is a choice of pubs and restaurants, whale watching trips and ferries to the islands of Sherkin and Cape Clear.

Island View

Island View sleeps 12. It is a 6-bedroom property with amazing uninterrupted views across Roaring Water Bay, to Heir and Sherkin Islands, Baltimore and Cape Clear. Cunnamore Pier and the regular passenger ferries to Heir Island and, in the summer, Sherkin Island is a few minutes further down the road. There are beaches with safe swimming very close by as well as opportunities to moor small dinghy’s and sailing craft. Island View is a 15 minute drive from Skibbereen.

The Castle Cellar

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in the heart of Baltimore village you’ll be around the corner from the village Square with traditional pubs, eateries and and a 2- star Michelin restaurant. With views over the harbour it’s a stone throw from the ferries to Carbery’s 100 isles. If you want to retreat from the bustle of Baltimore, the subterranean cellar, with comfy sofa and flat screen TV is a haven from the crowds.

Tigín Lisheen is a stone cottage nestled on our organic vegetable farm by Roaringwater Bay in the heart of beautiful West Cork. The cottage is full of rustic charm & a perfect base for exploring West Cork. Heated by a wood stove, for which we will supply wood, it has everything you need for a tranquil romantic getaway. Surrounded by working farms on 4 acres; an oasis of trees and home to a variety of bird life.
