My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

This quirky, homey, recently renovated farm house is at the epicenter of Canaan Valley, Spruce Knob, North Mountain trail, and the Dolly Sods. Enjoy the Allegheny Mountain views of the Monongahela National Forest, the neighbors horses, and be lucky enough to be lulled to sleep by the whippoorwill!

An adventurous, scenic drive goes to Parsons, with the only McDonald's and traffic light in the county. Relax on the back deck to view the horse pasture and the small private airport.
