Our house has 3 levels, is kid and pet friendly and features a large porch and patio. You can easily find yourself not wanting to leave the property but there are many outdoor activities to explore in the area, such as fishing, hiking or swimming, as well as dining options in nearby towns, such as Roscoe, Livingston Manor and Callicoon.

River House at Trout Town Farms

Fully furnished River House with private access to the famous Beaverkill River Lower Mountain Pool. You can walk through a real working farm as well as taste the seasonal harvest when available. Here you can take a farm tour and visit with our resident animals, including alpacas, Nigerian dwarf goats, rabbits, and chickens. Whether it's fishing, relaxing by the fire, or sitting on the patio listening to the river, this farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat for the whole family to stay.

Rustic, eco-friendly and tucked in the woods is our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin! Only two hours from NYC, you’ll find the perfect space for a cozy weekend getaway or a peaceful week-long escape. My partner/co-host and I live in Brooklyn, and the cabin has become our home away from home. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
