This former sanctuary has been thoughtfully transformed into a 3 BR home, perfectly blending old-world charm with contemporary amenities. You will love the original hardwood floors and stained glass windows in every room. Less than 15 min. from Holiday World and Lincoln State Park, there is much to do. Return and unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

Beech Hall Corner

This 1930s farmhouse sits on 2 acres just minutes from the Ohio River. It is the perfect place for those looking to slow down and enjoy the much simpler life in a rural area. The farmhouse has two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and a laundry room. Sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee watching cars, jeeps, and motorcycles as they make their way along the Ohio River Scenic Byway. It also has a large rear deck, perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand overlooking the grounds.

Farm Stay with Sunset Views

This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. The space comfortably sleeps 14 adults. 3 toddlers which don’t count toward occupancy. We offer 1 night stays

This property is one with nature & boasts a spacious, lush and private 2 acre lot with water front views/ access. Amazing in all seasons, you get a different perspective of wildlife & what it has to offer throughout the entire year! Fishing, hiking, kayaking, boating & cooking are some of our favorite frontier activities. Bring up to 12 people or just yourself & escape the commotion of the world.

Cozy cottage located just behind the main home on the property (see photos). Relax by the pool, open seasonally, which is shared by the main house guests and host family, or enjoy an evening stroll out in the country. Conveniently located near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville, and Lewisport. The cottage features one flexible bedroom with either two twins or one California king, TV, well-stocked kitchen, dining/work space, comfortable recliners, and access to the beautiful grounds.

Drive right up to your front door! There is only one other apartment sharing this location. Amenities include wifi, smart televisions in living room and bedroom, couch that folds out into a full size bed (pillows and blankets are in the ottoman in front of couch), eat in kitchen, and free parking. Even though this is a small town, there is a convenience store 1/2 block away, a Walmart that is 3 and 1/2 miles away, and two other local restaurants that deliver to your door.

Relax and unwind in our brand new two bedroom, one bath, upstairs unit,spacious retreat in Cannelton,Indiana near Historic St Michael Church and Indiana Cotton Mill. We offer a ready kitchen with adjacent dining for four and a cozy area for watching t.v. Our place is well lit inside and out with security cameras and keypads for coded entry. This home is not safe for pets due to severe health and allergy issues. No pets of any kind are allowed, including service animals.
