Sunbear also has high-speed internet for remote work and a backup generator. Cooler months offer backcountry hiking along creeks chocked with waterfalls off the eastern flank of the cabin. Summer features wildlife, Fireflies, and a nice quiet place to escape the summer heat.

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.

Treehouse Cabin in great location 15 minutes to Boone and Blowing Rock and only 10 minutes to Sugar Mountain. Inside has a cozy feel with views of the treetops and mountainside!
