Florence offers something for everyone from the ocean, lakes, sand dunes and historic Bay Street offering top notch restaurants, boutique shops & artisan galleries. Enjoy the inviting outdoor relaxation space on property, or head over to the beach which is only 3 minutes away by car. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.

A River Cottage for Every Season

The Riverview Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property, and can sleep up to four people.

The Ocean Forest Retreat

Tucked into a hillside forest this retreat features ocean, river and mountain views from every room. Ten minute walk to beach, river, coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarket. Far enough from the 101 so all you'll hear is crashing waves and trilling birds. Hiking trail right behind house leads to the famous 804 Trail, the Oregon Coast Trail, Amanda's Trail and Cape Perpetua.
