Hybrid power (solar/ municipal), WATER TANK ensuring alternative supply Set in the garden of a family home, this newly renovated cottage offers double glazed windows and insulation (adhering to European standards of climate control) & is within a minute's walking distance of the quaint 7th street of Melville, and near to universities/hospitals. We welcome all guests, but the cottage is not suited to late night wanderers as we are a quiet property; suited to professionals. Parking is shared.

The Poppyseed

The Poppyseed is a comfortable home from home in the beautiful suburb of Saxonwold. Solar panels and inverter minimises the effects of power outages. A spacious, open plan living area off the kitchen has large windows looking into the trees and spectacular Jacarandas in late October. Sitting on the patio allows for enjoying the beautiful Johanesburg sunsets. The spacious apartment is furnished and fitted for your comfort and convenience. Full suite DSTV and high speed WiFi are provided.

A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. The en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Please note that this is not a self catering establishment, there is no cooking facilities.

Elm Tree Cottage

A lovely escape into the countryside, only 80km from Johannesburg on a tarred road. This cottage, near the main farmhouse, is set in a separately fenced garden. There is an electric fence around the boundary of the property and a remote controlled gate. One bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. One bathroom. Access to the home is through a private front door. Small kitchen, with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster and small stove & oven.

The Olive Branch Studio is a compact apartment set on our residence which is centrally-located in the tranquil suburb of Rynfield in Benoni. The space is perfect for the single individual who needs an affordable, fully equipped place as a stopover stay or as a base when working away from home. We have a hybrid electrical system installed proving our guests with uninterrupted power for the duration of their their stay (a must for South Africa)

Lilac Cottage in Melville

Our cottage, with backup Solar and Water Tanks to ensure our guests stay comfortable, is tucked away under a big sweet gum tree. Guarded by our two friendly Chow Chow dogs the cottage looks out on our pool and has its own outside patio and braai area. Inside the cottage is a cozy studio apartment with a kitchenette, study nook with WiFi, a cupboard and a comfortable double bed. The separate modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and soap.

A separate self-catering loft in a secure 24/7 boomed off area, private entrance opening to private deck. Just 15-20 minutes to OR Tambo airport. Access to garden and swimming pool . We have back up batteries with inverters during Load shedding. You will have lights, DSTV and Wi-Fi during load shedding PLUS use of a dedicated wall plug for medical equipment. A relaxed easy atmosphere suitable for business or leisure.
