Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River just steps away and enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

This cabin sleeps up to 5 and includes: 1 queen bed 2 twin beds in the loft 1 twin pull-out sofa Bedding & towels provided Summer: Enjoy family-friendly activities on Saturdays, plus a pond for fishing, boating, or swimming. Winter: Snowmobile trails are located across the street, and skiing/tubing at Pat’s Peak are only 5 miles away. 🚭 No smoking permitted inside the cabin. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood of older homes surrounded by woodlands yet conveniently located downtown, a half mile from our village green (Milford Oval). Whatever brings you…business, skiing, hiking, antiques, a family celebration or a romantic weekend away…we are looking forward to hosting you!

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.
