Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

Welcome Home! A spacious colonial in the very quiet east side of Manchester NH. A Short 2 min drive to Route 93 close to airport (MHT) and downtown Manchester. The first floor features formal dining, large kitchen, eat-in, half-bath plus Laundry, and a large open living room. The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. Welcome to Sweetwater Farm in Henniker . 2 minutes from pats peak mountain and close to many other ski areas!Our familypurchased the Historical Farmhouse (est 1750)in 2006 and recently decided to share it with others. The newly renovated 2 BR farmhouse sleeps 5-6 people. You'll have access to the grounds, including 1000 ft of frontage on the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing).Our guests can also purchase our USDA certified beef and farm fresh eggs to enjoy during your stay

The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)
