Totally private self-contained private in-law studio in private home in Henniker, New Hampshire, near Pat’s Peak Ski Area, and New England College. 1 Queen bed sleeps 2 and 1 single bed 1. If the single bed is needed please notify us when you make the reservation. The walkout basement has its own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, and patio with a small grill. Nice yard in wooded area, rivers, lakes and mountains with recreational activities nearby. Suitable for 2-3 people. No pets, no smoking.

Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

Enjoy a cozy stay at Keyser Pond Campground (renters must be 25+). Rate covers first 2 guests; additional guests are $10/person/night. Winter: Snowmobile trails are located across the street, and skiing/tubing at Pat’s Peak are only 5 miles away. No smoking or pets permitted inside the cabin.

There are plenty of golf courses, hiking trails, lakes and rivers nearby. We are on the Currier & Ives byway so plan your leaf peeping trip now.
