It is in the country and sits on 8 acres with horse and a donkey. It is fully furnished and and all brand new in the inside. It's all ready for you and perfect for a short getaway or a longer stay if working in the area. You are close to Atlanta, while enjoying a country atmosphere.

Walk out basement apartment

With over 1,400 square feet, this space offers ample room to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting overlooking a beautiful backyard. It features a private entry for added convenience and is part of a community with two swimming pools, though there is no private pool. While there is only one bedroom, the L-shaped sofa is very comfortable, and another sofa is available near the pool table. The base price is for three people.
