Silver Birch Chalet on our 15 acre croft, is tucked away in the hills 2 miles from the south side of Loch Ness. It has a steep access path & may not suit those with walking difficulties. Walk across our fields, to forest paths, you will rarely meet anyone except for deer. BBQ & outdoor seating. If you like to be very close to pubs, cafes, shops, etc - this place is not for you. If you like seclusion, great scenery & wildlife, & somewhere you can bring the family dog - we hope you'll love it!

Located in Glen Etive near Glen Coe the Chalet is a cosy private retreat for two. The main living area has a comfortable sofa, king sized bed and a dining table that seats two. A kitchenette with oven and hob provides all basic cooking facilities. There’s no WiFi at the property but you can get 4G on EE. We provide: A welcome basket 🧺 Salt, pepper and oil. Shampoo and soap. Fully equipped accommodation with two bedrooms (one double room, one twin room). Melvich is situated on the NC500 route and is ideally placed for exploring the local area. Local pub within walking distance serving evening meals. Booking is advised. Free Wifi available, however we cannot guarantee a reliable signal. Lovely beach nearby which is popular with surfers. Please note due to increased costs, guest now have to pay for the electric they use.
