We are only minutes from Thanksgiving Point, the Mount Timpanogos Temple, and numerous shopping and dining options. The Murdock Trail is within yards of the front door, where you can walk, bike, or jog miles in either direction. Highland is centrally located between the Salt Lake and Utah valleys, with easy freeway access to Provo, Salt Lake City and all the Wasatch Front.

Modern basement apartment close to Thanksgiving Point. Space is new. No pets allowed due to chickens in the backyard. Fiber internet. This place is ideal for biz travelers or couples. Private backyard pickleball court. It is 40 min drive to ski, 10 min to mountain biking and a short walk to a park. The family upstairs walks around on the main floor from 7:00am until 11pm. Opposite the kitchen wall is a room used by the family to exercise or watch movies. The hot tub is not for guests use.

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
