This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

The WildeWoods Cabin is a sunny open-concept cabin with cathedral knotty pine ceilings & exposed beams; renovated with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, vintage décor & a gas fireplace (on/off switch!). Enjoy peace & privacy on 1+ acres; the cabin is set back from the road and surrounded by yard, gardens, & tall trees. This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Quiet and large Squam Lake House. Lake Region

Squam Lake, large family friendly house, 40'x50' deck with great 20'x20' screened-in section, hot tub (seasonal), lots of hiking trails local, great Foliage, Many Lakes Region attractions close. Foosball, corn hole, movie room, games, etc. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Coolidge Cabin

Get away from it all at Coolidge Cabin! This 2 bedroom, sun filled, cozy, and privately located log cabin is situated on 13 acres. Rustic charm with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, fireplaces inside and outside, wrap around deck, etc. Spend time exploring nature right out the front door with 2 ponds and Squam Lake within walking distance. All well behaved pups are welcome.
