Just minutes from the many area beaches, attractions, wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, vineyards, orchards, wineries, and Downtowns Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, South Haven and Holland. This is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, but only a few minute drive to town.

Executive, cozy one bedroom, one bath, lower unit apartment. Full kitchen and full bathroom, with washer/dryer combo. Private entrance and private patio. Oval beach as been named one of the best beaches in Michigan and is only a 5 min drive. Or, walk to the chain ferry and hike down to the beach. Explore Holland, just a 10 min drive north, Fennville and wineries 10 min south. Unwind at the Gem with a glass of wine on the private enclosed porch. Private parking space included.

This cute condo has a king bed and twin sized trundle bed in master bedroom, and two pullout couches in living room. Walk to town & the beach, .7 miles to S. Beach and 2 blocks to town.

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. LR with pull out full size sofa sleeper ( twin day bed available) and 3 TV ‘s … foosball, darts, pool table and dining table. Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach, Sanctuary Woods Park and Macatawa Bay Yacht Club.

Mother in law suite

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately
