This loft is situated above a small town bustling coffee shop, also overlooking the park in the town square. The space is the perfect combination of old historic charm with a modern urban flair with plenty of natural sunlight streaming through the front windows. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room where there are multiple seating options. The bedroom and living room have smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming site. Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. Rustic decor cabin nestled in the iowa countryside. You will love the privacy and quiet nights! BBQ on the back deck or enjoy an evening by the firepit in the backyard (wood onsite). Evening walks offer some spectacular views of the beautiful Iowa country sunsets! Close to public hunting, golfing, and Benton County's Hannan Park for fishing or swimming. Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.

A historical building remodeled as a pretty little honeymoon or bridal suite, the space is suitable for bridal parties, honeymooning, or girls' getaways. You’ll love walking to the local coffee shop for a homemade pastry or staying in our dreamy retreat sipping an espresso.

Only a 25 minute drive to the University of Iowa and 10 minutes to Williamsburg or Marengo.

440 sqft of Adorableness! Itsy Bitsy, Pequeno, small, cute, darling are the words I would use to describe this Tiny house. Within walking distance to Mt. Mercy and Coe college. Right off the exit of I 380 Interstate. As close as you can be to downtown. Maybe 5 minutes away from the bike trail. 2 car parking off street. 1 queen bed and pull out couch. Washer and dryer.
