We are legal and have had a license for over 35 years. Hawaii Sheffield House Garden Suite is convenient to walk to Kailua Beach or Town. 1000 feet to beach. Queen bed, single day bed, bay window. Private entrance private bath. Kitchenette w/frig, grill, shower, iron, hair dryer, boogie boards, beach towels, wifi, cable tv, phone, free parking in the driveway. The 131 Kuulei location is a very convenient. There is no common area kitchen or living room. Tax 18.97% .

The Palmwood (East Room)

This is our East Room. It has its own private entrance, lanai (patio), private hot outdoor shower, as well as full en suite bathroom. Two person hot tub set in private garden. The room is on the small side (200 sq ft), however has an open and breezy feel with vaulted ceiling, screened double french doors leading to your deck with covered sails above. Windows surround with incredible views out your private garden and beyond.
