Welcome to The Dry Dock Apt 7. @1.5 miles to Presque Isle, here we hope to offer a comfortable bed and be responsive. Studio apartment has a king size bed, tile floors, parking, wifi, SmartTV, kitchen for light cooking, private deck, A/C, security cameras, digital locks and outdoor lighting. We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly. Build a fire in the fire pit, have a stargazing soak in the hot tub, enjoy the freedom of an outdoor shower (available May 1- Oct 25), or relax on the hammock deck. You’ll have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Once you arrive, you won't ever want to leave.

Close to bay and downtown area, local hospital nearby, restaurants, bars, and easy access to interstate. Within 10 miles of fun attractions/amusements. Nearby convention center, baseball park. Private driveway for off street parking, wheelchair access ramp off back driveway area, fenced in back yard. Beautiful promenade on back street 1 short block away overlooking the bay. This home may not be well suited to anyone with balance issues as this is a older home. Floor surfaces may be/feel uneven..

Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Short 20 mins to Erie, Pa and 10 mins from Northeast ,PA. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave ,stove and all the gadgets you need to cook with. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.
