This 1350sqft home is perfect for up to 6 close friends or family, w/ a queen bed in the master, a full in the walkthrough loft w/ a shared bathroom & a full pullout bed in the living room accompanied by a half bath. With Spring Creek directly across the street, it's great for fishing or just enjoying the outdoors from the porch or patio. Inside has a rustic, classic cabin feel with modern amenities. Enjoy the view and the quiet with little to no traffic. We are 15 minutes from Penn State's campus so you really get the best of both worlds. We Are!

The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

We are an easy drive to State College for athletics, graduation, etc., and close proximity to excellent hiking, fishing, skiing, and water recreation.

The Log House on Main is known to be one of the oldest homes built in Belleville, Pa. It has been completely restructured and renovated. The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. You can enjoy the patio with a view on spring and summer days and the fireplace during the cool fall and winter evenings. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.

My home is very conveniently located close to downtown State College. You are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to campus and the stadium, as well as a 20 minute walk into the center of town. It's fully furnished from the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms-I hope I've thought of everything that any group would hope to find in their own homes! Parties and events aren't currently permitted due to Covid-19 and AirBNB's rules.
