Large apartment (140 m2) with 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom with single bed, two double bedrooms). Living area (double sofa bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, open fireplace), fully equipped open plan kitchen (stove with 4 ceramic hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer) and dining table. Bathroom (bathtub, WC, bidet) and separate toilet. Spacious terrace (150 m2) with terrace furniture and a seasonal swimming pool (3 x 6 m; open 1/6 - 31/8). Located on the upper ground floor.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
