This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Our first-floor studio apartment (w/separate entrance) will surround you with art from our travels around the world. Our furnishings are homespun-eclectic and always comfortable! Perfect for couples and families. (The apt is on the 1st level, the green part of the barn.)

Whenland is the name of this extraordinary 3 acre wooded property nestled in the hills of Naples, NY. Feel like roughing it, but don’t want to get too rough? Nestled back away from the road you'll find a fire pit, a small wooden handmade log bridge, repurposed material sculptures, and a wood stove heated tiny house from a repurposed trailer. This place has solar energy only, no running water and a composting toilet outhouse. Wine country, hiking, lakes, gorges, nature rich earth abound!

The Getaway Hideaway House is tucked near the scenic Honeoye and Canandaigua Lake Wine & Brewery Trail—perfect for wine lovers, adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful escape. Enjoy stunning valley and hillside views from the living room or while relaxing in the year-round covered hot tub on the patio. Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Peaceful Finger Lakes Studio

Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Close to Canandaigua, Cummings Nature Center, CMAC, and wineries/microbreweries. Short drive to Letchworth State Park and Victor

Suite Dreams

The entrance to the apartment has mats for shoes or boots and hooks for coats and backpacks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a tub and shower attached. There has been a smart tv added to the bedroom wall since the pictures were taken. On the garment rack there are extra pillows, linens and a fleece blanket for your convenience. The living room has a half bath, “Murphy “bed and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.

Off Grid Bus at Bright Sky Farm

Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

Just 5 miles from Bristol Mountain! Nestled in the Bristol Hills with stunning views of Canandaigua Lake. Near many hiking trails on state lands, or explore the acres of woods in our back yard.
