This is a newly renovated home in a two-unit house in Port Ewen, 5 min to historic Kingston. We have carefully planned and renovated this home with a work/leisure lifestyle in mind. The space is designed for an individual, a couple, close friends, or a small young family. There are swimming places and parks walking distance as well as amazing coffee, shopping, art, attractions, events, etc. Note that this place has noise from traffic on the main road (ear buds and white noise machine provided).

Why Kashmir on the lake? in 2004 the house was built by a local husband and wife who were dedicated to having their grandchildren enjoy this special place in the Catskills. The family decided to move south and listed the home to rent occasionally - especially for the music festival Mountain Jam in Hunter . Explore all the activities the Hudson Valley has to offer and then relax in a room full of windows overlooking the Hudson River. Make a meal in the full kitchen or hang out by the beach, build a fire, play lawn games, read a book or float in the river. For you early risers, the sunrises are spectacular. This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.
