Charming 300 sq ft guesthouse is newly constructed and beautifully designed with a cozy and casual style. Set in a well manicured yard with a private entrance. It is freestanding and shares a wall to a second Airbnb listing. Central to all things to do in LA and a short drive to DTLA, LAX, Universal Studios, Disneyland and beaches. I kept the color palate neutral, casual yet chic to really maximize the space. It is amazingly peaceful, comforting and just lovely. The perfect home away from home!

This is guest suite that is attached to the back of the main part of the house that we live in and is separated by a door. It is not a standalone guest house. However it’s completely private and there are no shared or communal spaces. There are cats living on our side of the house but will not affect your area. Adorable Hillside Cabin

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
