This is a fully-furnished Apartment (En-Suite) located at 63 Pleasant Street. This apartment features a living room area (with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, a pull out murphy bed, and a pull out couch bed. Kitchen: coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc. Single bathroom. This unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.

Only 1/2 of a mile from Lewis Bay area's Englewood beach where you can lay in the sand, schedule sailing lessons, or launch your boat off of the public boat ramp. You will have full occupancy of the property (we will not be crashing your clam-bakes) but we are always 1 phone call away, and have a point of contact in the area for any help you may need!

Welcome to the Hyannis Hangout! Here you have this beautiful renovated house with privacy of a fully fenced in backyard only used by airbnb guests. The famous main street is 2 minutes away! This street has the most restaurants/bars/clubs in north/mid cape! The closest beach to the house is 5 minutes away, and the best beach in the cape Mayflower only 25 minutes away. House does have an accessory dwelling downstairs that someone lives in. They have their own private driveway and entrance.
