There is a private neighborhood boat ramp available right out front and the home does have a backup generator, large front and back porches, large living area with plenty of seating and a large laundry room great for storing any extras!

The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!
