Lovely villa with heated pool and jacuzzi with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,big pool, beautiful garden, with one main house and one extra house. Water pool temperature: April,May,September,October 28-35 degree, June,July,August- 35-40+ degree November 26-29 degree, to keep the pool warm cover it every night with the pool cover. We have two jacuzzis in the villa's garden.The first one is for 6 people and has hot water all the time, and the second one is for 6-8 people and is heated only by the sun

The property has on the first floor a double bedroom with two single beds, full bathroom with shower, a storage room, fully fitted American kitchen and luminous lounge with patio doors onto extensive private sun terrace with BBQ and a little private pool. The second floor has two double bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes, the main bedroom has a terrace with sea views,full bathroom with bathtub and the rooftop where there is a fantastic chill out area with sunset points of view .

La casa de 110m2 y 1200m2 de terreno vallado privado con jardines, frutales, terrazas, ... Situada en una urbanización en la localidad de Sant Jordi. Cerca de todo. A a 3Km de Ibiza ciudad, de los mejores clubs (Ushuaïa, ...) y playas (d'en Bossa, Ses Salines). En la zona hay supermercados , buses, bares, ... Muy bien acondicionada con aire acondicionado frío/calor, mosquiteras, placas solares y piscina con jacuzzi. Ideal para familias, ya que es una zona residencial muy tranquila.

The house is divided in three parts and they are very independents connected only from the garden. In the main house there is a a spacious living room, one bed room (king size bed) .The other parts has one room each (queen size bed) and bathrooms.
