The house is on 3 floors. First floor has a big bedroom, small bathroom, washing room and kitchen. Second floor has the long living room with TV area and piano area such as shown in the photos. The third floor has a big bathroom with a shower and bath, plus 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom.

The main floor features a great kitchen, a spacious family area with an 85" Smart TV, and a cozy garden with a BBQ. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms (Queen, Double, 2 Twins) with new beds, bath/shower, and washer/dryer. Enjoy a relaxing stay with high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix . My home is a bright 160 sq. meter family house on two floors with a nice private garden and free privet parking in front of the house. It is located right in the heart of Reykjavík 101, with in a few minutes walk to shops, cafés, restaurants, museums, swimming pool and bus station and the main pick up area for day tours is located by the side of Hallgrímskirkja which is at the top of the street. It is a prime location right in the very center but in a quiet street.
