Close to multiple restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options. The home has a well stocked kitchen with a charming dining room. There is also a large back deck with furniture and a grill. Plenty of on-premise parking with room for up to four trailers and vehicles. This is a second story home so there are stairs to access the property.

The Havana Cabana is your home away from home. Take time to breathe and just be by soaking in your surroundings and being with the people that matter most. We strive to provide you with a relaxing atmosphere and great amenities. You will have full access to your own private, sandy beach (directly behind the home) with amazing sunset views and great fishing. We provide 3 adult kayaks, one double and one child (under 150 pounds), and a pedal boat. Great outdoor fire-pit for s’mores and memories.

This newly renovated 3BR/2BA home has all the amenities of home—a large and beautiful kitchen/dining area, ample seating in living area, master en-suite with king bed. All bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. Completely fenced in back and side yard. Cleaned and sanitized with non-toxic cleaners and no perfumes or artificial scents for the allergy sensitive. We have meticulously renovated this property in 2020 with our guests in mind. We hope you will find it a calm and peaceful respite

The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only.

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

The location is a desirable 5 minute drive to all of the Grafton bars and restaurants . Our home can accommodate a group of 6 with 2 bedrooms on the second level and a separate loft space over the garage . Note: All bedrooms are on second level so guests will need to be able to negotiate stairs
