Borgo Stramare tra Valdobbiadene e Segusino

Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), a 400 m. Antico borgo su Prealpi Trevigiane, fra Piave e malghe, fondato XVI-XVII sec da carbonai istriani attirati da acque e legname. Al centro di tante possibilità: 10 min da Valdobbiadene/colline prosecco patrimonio UNESCO, 20 da Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; un'ora da Venezia e Dolomiti. Per anni sono stato unico abitante, oggi siamo in 6, romanticamente immerso nel verde, rilassante, per ritrovare se stessi fra natura bellezza enogastronomia escursioni.

The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

La casa dei Memi si trova a Funes, una piccola località dalla quale si gode una vista stupenda di tutta la conca alpagota. Completamente restaurata mantenendo le caratteristiche di casa di montagna, con i muri in pietra e il legno che ne fa da padrone, è composta da due appartamenti. Situato al piano terra l'appartamento dispone di un salotto, con divano, poltrona, tv e stufa a legna, sala da pranzo e cucina. Una camera matrimoniale e ampio bagno con box doccia. Cortile e parcheggio privato.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.

L'immobile è stato ristrutturato a fine 2024 ed è diviso in 3 strutture ricettive di nostra proprietà. Ogni appartamento è autonomo e dotato di posto auto.
