Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Tranquil remodeled daylight basement studio with private entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the Olympic mountains, water view, & stunning sunsets. Eagles and Osprey fly overhead. This dog-friendly property has a fully fenced yard! Enjoy luxury bedding, sauna, firepit, organic honey, and coffee. The property is equipped with Powerwalls for continuous power during outages. There is private beach access and outdoor covered and uncovered patios as well as private gated parking.

You can spot seals, bald eagles, and whales while walking along the no bank beach steps from our front door. Sip wine around the propane fire pit while enjoying the magnificent sunset.

Its eclectic design, stunning water views, and beachfront location make it an ideal home base for your vacation. Enjoy the wide sandbar, 2 small kids kayaks and 2 adult kayaks for paddling, a swimming raft, low-populated beach, and hiking trails across the road. The newly-renovated kitchen has a 180 degree water view. The large fireplace makes for a comfortable and cozy retreat.
