There are numerous tourist attractions on the Isle of Wight, or one can relax on the beach watching the boats go in and out of the harbour. Ideal for 2 families sharing. Please note that guests need to be able to manage stairs as there is one room on each of the 7 levels of the property each connected by a flight of stairs.

Solent Landing

*BEMBRIDGE townhouse with DIRECT access to BEACH* 9 Solent Landing is ideally placed in a private gated complex and boasts direct access to the beach through private shared gardens with private parking for up to 2 cars. Right next to the Bembridge Sailing club and a few minutes walk from the village centre. The house sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, has two sitting rooms and is comfortably furnished throughout. There is a shared patio area off the kitchen, beachfront garden and parking is gated.

Cringle Cottage

Comfortable Victorian town cottage on three floors. Fully furnished and equipped for up to six people (please note, however, that there is only one bathroom). Walking distance from town centre and ferries, but on a quiet side street with very little passing traffic. A great place to feel part of the yachting life of Cowes, to have walking-distance access to Cowes-based organisations including UKSA and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation or as a base to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight.

The Retreat is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home tucked away in an exclusive location in the heart of Cowes old town. The house is peacefully secluded but still within walking distance to the High Street with its marinas, shops and restaurants. With 4 lovely bedrooms, an impressive open-plan living area and incredible sea views, this house is the perfect holiday retreat. The house also benefits from private parking for 2 cars, a large decked balcony, and a landscaped garden.

Riverside Mews, 5 Seymour Court is right on the River Medina with far reaching views across the Solent. The floating bridge is steps away from the front door and you can hop on it for a few pennies to reach West Cowes. Here you will find a plethora of shops and restaurants all busy with tourists and sailors. Cowes is a mecca for the sailing community and yachts can be seen at all times of the year. Seals have also been seen bobbing up and down just outside the house !

Juliet House

Juliet House is in the perfect location to explore Lymington and the New Forest. Just a few minutes walk from both the town centre and the train station but tucked away in a quiet street. The house has a lovely bright sitting room with a Juliet window with balcony doors. There are two bedrooms, one with a double size bed and ensuite and the other with a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, grill, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.
