The main rooms have a terrace that is hidden from curious views and offers views of one of the most beautiful places in the world. The spacious living and dining areas are on the first floor and the extension is a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a toilet. The house is restored in a traditional style and retains the amosphere of the place.

All rooms are air-conditioned. Pool is private and with salt water. Outside area offers big garden, completely fenced, private parking and pool with outside kitchen.

Stan se nalazi u mirnom kvartu 15 minuta hodanja do centra. Apartman se prvi puta otvara za goste u ljeto 2024. Najbliža plaža zove se Pješćana uvala i udaljena je svega nekoliko minuta kao i veći dućani i Pula City Mall.
