There is a big terrace on the third floor which offers a stunning view of İzmir Bay. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square. From Konak square you reach all public transportation like ferry, metro, bus.

In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.
