The Magnolia House/Historic District/Jefferson, GA is the perfect place for your relaxing getaway! Beautifully renovated, but built in 1902, it has all the conveniences to host your stay, including vintage serving ware, punch bowls, China sets etc. One queen Murphy bed is on main level with an adjacent full bathroom. Three large bedrooms are upstairs, each with 2 queen beds. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs with showers only (no bathtubs in the house). Some dogs are welcome @ $100 each.

Whether you’re coming to town for work or fun, this house has you covered. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, but still close to everything Athens has to offer. 3 bedrooms with four beds and 2.5 bathrooms can accommodate plenty of visitors. Fully equipped kitchen leads to a huge deck that allows you to watch the deer while you grill out. Home also features a huge finished basement with a pool table for hours of fun without having to go anywhere. TVs with WiFi. Washer/dryer.

Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.
