This cottage is located on beautiful Lake Seminole. It is home to some of the best fresh water fishing in the world. The cottage is nestled behind the main house on a cove with access to a dock on the main lake. The area is abundant with deer and wildlife. It's the perfect place for fishermen, hunters and those who just want to get away to write and absorb nature. There is a boat ramp within 5 min and the Bainbridge boat basin is 20 min away. Available for hire are fishing and hunting guides.

We are located 8.5 miles from central Blakely, Georgia and 25 miles from central Dothan, Alabama. Tahoma Plantation, Kolomoki State Park, White Oak Pastures, Still Pine Vineyard are all close by.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Washer and dryer available. We allow pets on a case by case basis and charge a one time $10 fee per pet upon guests arrival. We also offer EV level 2 charging (40 amp) for a flat $10 fee.
