The large farmhouse is designed to elevate a gathering, bringing people together for large family meals and backyard entertainment, and replete with farm-life experiences. Gather ingredients from the farm-stand out front, watch the family farm in action as we garden and tend to the livestock, and enjoy the abundance of wild animals including deer, turkeys, and quail. The space is thoughtfully curated with old barnwood beams, abundant space to rest, and amenities to entertain the whole family.

Los Olivos Vineyard Home on Winery Estate

Set on an established winery estate in the Santa Ynez Valley, Casa de Brander is a stunning two bedroom Spanish-style home overlooking the Brander Vineyard. Tastefully decorated with Mexican folk art, this is a truly unique property! Located within a five minute walk from Los Olivos Grocery, it will be easy to stock the state-of-the-art kitchen with essentials, or dine out at the many wonderful restaurants in the area. The Magnolia Cottage is a well appointed one bedroom apartment, located in the Central Coast Wine Country on Highway 1. Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Please note: There is a quiet, long-term tenant/caretaker on site.
