Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a stove top (no oven), microwave, and mini-fridge.

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
