You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

With the Library park-and-ride trolley within walking distance, you can to get to the city without a car, however, a car drive to the stadiums clocks in at 35 minutes. Enjoy all that South Park has to offer: live buffalo at the South Park game preserve, police horses, playgrounds, golf courses, miles of trails, Flora Park Creamery, Trax farms and restaurants abound.

The yard is fenced in and has a small garden filled with herbs and tomatoes during the summer. Our home has all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and easy. We keep our home clean, organized and stocked with essentials. The beds, pillows and sheets are new and comfortable. Parking is plentiful and easy!

Seneca Place: A historic home in Mount Lebanon.

Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths plus a pull out couch on the lower level with a dedicated bathroom that can sleep two more people. We have a fully stocked kitchen. The two car garage has been turned into a game room with ping pong, air hockey, darts and basketball. There is also a Helix Lateral exercise machine. Outside there is a patio set, grill, a fire pit with seating and lots of wildlife, especially deer and turkey!

Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. This old two bedroom, eat in kitchen house is very comfortable. This house is used for my employees until they leave in winter. Please enjoy what i provide them! Please let me know if there is any recommendations. Carpets just deep cleaned on dec 1 2023.
