John & Michelle's Holiday House.

The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. Our custom designed and built pool side units are near new. Construction finished in November 2016. These units are high end luxury units including smart T.V's commercial bar fridges. The spacious hardwood (Jarrah) decks overlooks our contemporary style new concrete heated pool and BBQ area. The units have off street parking, with space for boat trailer to be stored. Only 50m walk to the waterfront, and Convenient store next door. We are also 5 minute walk to the Town Center or RSL club.

Little River is a gorgeous tiny home located in Sussex Inlet only 100 meters to the waterfront with river views and access to a private jetty (shared with Riverbank Cottage). The gorgeous bullnose balcony is the perfect spot to sit and relax either having an evening BBQ, or sitting on the deck star gazing at night overlooking the roaring firepit. Little River is super comfy inside with everything you will need for a relaxing getaway.

Family friendly beach house, easy coast stay!

Family friendly home 5 mins walk to Palm Beach & playground. 2 story home with retired couple living upstairs. Private downstairs has one main bedroom with queen bed & another of 4 single beds & cot. Perfect for families & groups. Kitchenette, big backyard, beautiful water views and plenty of games and toys to keep kids busy. It’s a wonderful house on the water ready to provide you an easy stay! Sorry absolutely no pets. Beach towels are not provided.
