The cottage & it’s garden surrounds are yours to enjoy but our home is also on the 8 acres. The cottage is completely private but you may hear occasional kids or dogs playing.

The home is on 9 level acres, is 1.5km out of town on the sealed Snowy River Way, and is an easy 4.5hr drive from the south of Sydney on excellent roads. Old Shearers Quarters, pets welcome, at our property, Boloco West. Just 15 mins drive to Jindabyne. Original shed facade with renovated interior and quality inclusions. Touchdown Cottages are set in a unique private location and only 2 km from the centre of Jindabyne. The 2brm cottages are surrounded by Snow Gums and landscaped gardens with rolling lawns. Our 4 cottages each have their own unique aspect. Each cottage is fully solar powered which operates extremely well. The cottages have 2 bedrooms with a large bath room and 2 toilets. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen and a large living area.
